Payment is expected at the time of registration but is due no later than the week prior to the fair.

Registration includes 2 representatives, continental breakfast, lunch, and parking. Additional requests include a tablecloth ($5) and/or a whiteboard (free).

Yes. There is a $25 charge for each additional recruiter up to a maximum of 4 recruiters.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If your plans change, please notify Career Services as soon as possible so we can adjust event logistics. Repeated no-shows or cancellations without advance notice may affect an organization’s eligibility to participate in future Career Services recruiting events.

A parking pass, campus map, and appropriate parking lot information will be sent about a week prior to the fair.

Bring any recruiting materials that will help students learn about your organization, such as brochures, job postings, business cards, branded giveaways, and examples of your products or services. We encourage employers to create an engaging, interactive booth experience rather than relying solely on handouts.

No. Please bring all materials you’ll need for the event, as copy services are not available on-site.

Yes! We encourage employers to extend their campus visit by conducting interviews or hosting an information session. To help us coordinate space, please submit requests at least two weeks before the event.

Absolutely. We encourage employers to collect resumes, share next steps, and discuss internship and employment opportunities with students. If you’re planning same-day or next-day interviews, let us know in advance so we can help coordinate space if available.

The most successful employers engage students in conversation rather than waiting for them to approach. Students appreciate learning about your organization, culture, career pathways, and opportunities through genuine conversations and interactive displays.

Career fairs are just one way to engage with our students. We invite employers to participate in workshops, networking events, classroom presentations, employer panels, mock interviews, and other Career Services programs throughout the year.
